This page explains what information menz0.com collects, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it. We aim for plain English over legalese. If anything here is unclear, email contact@menz0.com and we'll explain it directly.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to menz0.com only — the marketing website operated by Menz0 AI Business Solutions LLC ("Menz0," "we," "us," "our"), a North Carolina limited liability company headquartered in Monroe, NC, United States.
Client engagements (custom software projects, AI deployments, ongoing support) are governed by separately signed agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, or License Agreements. Those signed agreements take precedence over this policy for any project-specific data they cover.
2. Data minimization principle
We collect only what we need to operate menz0.com, respond to your inquiries, and protect the site from abuse. We do not collect personal information speculatively.
3. What we collect
3.1 Contact form submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up communication you initiate.
3.2 Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider records standard request data in server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, request path, referring URL, timestamp, and response status. We use logs for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and operational analysis.
3.3 Cookies
menz0.com does not use analytics cookies, marketing trackers, or
cross-site tracking pixels. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta
Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or similar tools. Cloudflare may set
short-lived security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to
protect against bot traffic and DDoS attacks. Those cookies are
functional and security-essential and do not track you across
other sites.
If we ever introduce optional analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and present a clear consent prompt before activating them.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
- We don't share your personal information with advertisers, brokers, or marketing networks.
- We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't sign up for.
- We don't run third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
- We don't market to children or knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
- We don't use your information to train AI models we operate.
5. How we store and protect data
Contact form submissions are delivered to a private email inbox via our transactional email provider. We do not store form submissions in a public database or expose them to third parties.
The site is served entirely over HTTPS with strict transport security (HSTS) and modern TLS. We follow current security best practices for web infrastructure, including firewall protections, rate limiting, and bot mitigation provided by Cloudflare.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Contact form submissions and email correspondence | Up to 3 years from the last interaction, then deleted unless an active client engagement exists |
| Server logs | Typically 30 to 90 days, except where retained longer for security investigations |
| Records associated with a signed client engagement | Retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable record-keeping period as set by applicable contracts and law |
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).
7. International data transfers
Our infrastructure providers are based in the United States and serve content through global edge networks. If you access menz0.com from outside the U.S., your data may transit through and be processed in the U.S.
For visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with cross-border transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required) to safeguard your data.
8. Service providers we use
This site relies on a small number of well-known infrastructure providers. Their privacy policies govern how they handle the data they receive on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, bot mitigation. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Postmark — transactional email delivery for contact-form responses. postmarkapp.com/privacy-policy
- Google Fonts — webfont hosting. policies.google.com/privacy
We bind our service providers to use your information only as needed to provide the service to us, and we do not authorize them to sell or repurpose your data.
9. AI-specific data handling
Menz0 builds custom software and Private AI systems for businesses. The following commitments apply to AI work delivered to clients:
- Private deployments stay private. When we build AI systems for a client, those systems are designed to run on the client's own hardware or in a controlled environment under the client's authority. Client data is not transmitted back to Menz0 unless the engagement specifically authorizes it for support purposes.
- No model training on client data. We do not use client data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model that we operate or that other clients use. Each engagement is sandboxed.
- No third-party model providers without disclosure. If an engagement requires routing data to a third-party model provider, that is identified in writing in the SOW and the client must explicitly authorize it.
- Per-engagement specifics. The exact data handling for each AI engagement is governed by the signed Statement of Work or service agreement for that engagement. Those agreements take precedence over this general policy for project-specific data.
This section reflects our standing operating practice and reinforces the privacy commitments made in our marketing.
10. Aggregated and anonymized data
We may compile aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you (for example, totals, trends, security statistics). Aggregated and anonymized data is not personal information and may be used and shared for any lawful purpose, including improving our services and reporting publicly on operations.
11. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete it.
- Stop using it for purposes you didn't agree to.
Email contact@menz0.com with the request. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where applicable law sets a specific response deadline (such as 45 days under CCPA or one month under GDPR), within that deadline.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. The legal bases on which we process personal information are: (a) your consent; (b) the necessity of responding to your inquiry or performing a contract; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
12. Authority and accuracy
When you submit information through menz0.com (including the contact form), you confirm that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the authority to submit any third-party information you include (for example, if you are inquiring on behalf of an employer or client).
- You are at least 18 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
13. Children's privacy
menz0.com is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
14. Security incidents
If we become aware of a security incident that affects personal information you have provided through menz0.com, we will:
- Investigate and contain the incident promptly.
- Take reasonable corrective action.
- Notify affected individuals where notification is required by applicable law, within the timeframes that law specifies.
We do not promise that an incident will never occur — no online service can. We do promise to handle one responsibly if it does.
15. Third-party links and services
menz0.com may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, our LinkedIn or social media pages, client websites referenced in case studies, or partner products). When you follow such a link, you leave our site, and the privacy practices of the destination apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party sites.
16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals
Because we do not run cross-site tracking, "Do Not Track" (DNT) headers are functionally honored by default. Where required by applicable law (for example, California), we treat opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to limit any non-essential processing.
17. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be called out clearly, and where required by law, we will obtain renewed consent before applying changes retroactively.
